Min. Loop Current Drop Time: Normally, when a telephone call terminates, the telephone company
sends a momentary drop in loop current to signal the disconnect event. Please enter the minimum
Loop Current Drop time in this field to avoid the IP-PBX system detecting the disconnect signal
incorrectly. The value should not be too long or too short. Recommended value is 400 ms.

If you have external paging equipment attached, select “External Paging Enabled” and set the paging
code.
Configure FXO Ports
1.
Go to Main Menu>Gateway Configuration>Analog Gateways.

From “Analog Gateway List”, select the gateway you would like to edit and click Port Setting.

Select a CO Line port from the “Port List” and click the Port Parameters button to configure the
settings for this port.

Extension Number
: The Extension Number will follow your setting at “CO Line Extension Base” to
display the automatically assigned number. You may also modify the extension here.
5.
Enabled
: Click “Enable” to enable this port.
6.
CODEC
: Select a preferred Codec from PCM, G.723.1 and G.729.

Fax:
Input the SLT port extension number which connects to your fax machines. Blaze system also
support T.38 protocol allowing fax to be transmitted across the IP networks. When selected, please
also enable the T.38 setting at SLT port.
8.
Ring Assignment
: Select “Local” in Ring Assignment and input AA Menu access code or select “CO
Group” to answer incoming calls according to the settings in CO Line Group.
9.
Silence Compression
: Select to send silence indicator packets during silence to reduce network traffic.
10.
Caller ID
: This function is only available after you have subscribed the service from your local
telephone company.
