Sometimes, you may want to access into User Mode to configure the web settings for some 
reason. Vigor router allows you to set new user password to login into the WUI to fit your 
request. Simply open 

System Maintenance>>User Password

. 

 

Available parameters are explained as follows: 

Item Description 

Enable User Mode for 
simple web 
configuration 

Check this box to enable user mode operation. If you do not 
check this box, you cannot access into the user mode operation 
even if you enter user password in login page. 

Password 

Type in new password in this field. 

Confirm Password 

Type in the new password again. 

When you click 

OK

, the login window will appear. Please use the new password to access 

into the web configurator again. 

Below shows an example for accessing into User Operation with User Password.
