Repacking
Guidelines

NOTE:

After the replacement Vitalert 3000 Series Monitor is shipped,
North American Dräger will send a call tag to your facility. This
tag is issued for the return shipment of your original Vitalert
monitor.

Please have the original unit packaged and ready for return as
soon as possible. Call tags are valid for three business days only.

Use the shipping container and packaging materials from the replacement
Vilatert monitor to repack your return unit.

Remove and discard the auxiliary water trap before packaging the return
Vitalert monitor.

Retain the power cord as well as all connecting cables and hoses unless
otherwise directed by the North American Dräger Service Department.
These items will not be shipped with the replacement unit.
