The print settings (
Print
) can be found in the
Application settings
(see the
chapter
3.2 Application settings
). The printers settings consists of two steps and
you can do it in a simple wizard. In the first step you add the printer according
to the connection type (Network, USB, Bluetooth). Once you add the printer,
Dotypos tries to automatically select the most suitable settings for this
printer, however you can change it. In the second step you add print tasks to the
printer and select what is to be printed on it. You adjust it by clicking on the added
print task.
Troubleshooting printing problem
If the settings are correct but the printer still does not print, check carefully
whether the cables are plugged in properly and printer is switched on. Also check
the printer and printing task settings. If you are using the printer for orders (vou-
chers) connected via LAN, reset your network router and check whether it is con-
figured properly.
