3.2.1 Takeaway sales
In the Dotypos application settings (see chapter
3.2 Application settings
) you
find also the Takeaway option. It opens the settings where you enable takeaway
sales and set up their behavior as well as the applied VAT rate.
Takeaway sales can be applied to all products being sold or just for selected ones.
If you enable takeaway sales for all items being sold, the option of takeaway sale
will be displayed as a car icon next to each charged product. Click on the takeaway
icon to activate the option for this charged item.
For takeaway sales of selected products only, you have to go to the specific pro-
duct preferences (see chapter 3.3 Creating categories and products ) to allow
takeaway sales. In the settings you can also specify whether you want to display
the takeaway selection dialog and when this dialog should be displayed.
