Personnel:
Qualified electrician
1. Turn the main switch to the
[Off] position.
ð Compressed air supply and control voltage
are paused.
2. Secure against reconnection.
3. Ensure that there is no voltage present.
4. Using a screwdriver, press against the fixation
(1).
5. Disconnect wires on the illumination module.
6. Connect wires on the new illumination module.
7. Insert new illumination module.
ð Illumination module latches in.

10.1 Safety recommendations
DANGER!
Danger due to electrical voltage
When the supply voltage is switched off, there is
electrical voltage present on components and
lines. Live components are wired with orange
lines. There is the danger of electrical shock on
contact with live components, which can cause
death.
– Before carrying out any work, disconnect
electrical supply.
– Check components in the control system to
verify that no current is present.
– Only qualified electrical technicians are
allowed to work on control system, electrical
lines and components.
WARNING!
Danger from noise
Disconnecting pressurized pneumatic lines cre-
ates loud noises. This might damage the
hearing.
Before carrying out any work:
– Depressurize pneumatic lines.
– Wear ear protection.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to escaping compressed
air
If hoses under compressed air are disassem-
bled, it can cause serious injuries.
Before carrying out any work:
– Disconnect compressed air supply. Secure
against reconnection.
– Depressurize the lines.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to escaping material and
compressed air
Material can escape with high pressure and
penetrate the body. The injury can look like a
harmless cut wound. Death or serious injuries
may result.
– If there are injuries, seek medical attention
immediately.
Before working on the product:
– Disconnect the system with the product
from compressed air and material supply.
– Secure the system against reconnection.
– Relieve the lines.
WARNING!
Danger of crushing
If the product tilts, it can tip over and fall on per-
sons. This can cause serious injuries.
– Do not tilt the product.
– Observe transport instructions
