Safety recommendations
DANGER!
Danger due to electrical voltage
When the supply voltage is switched off, there is
electrical voltage present on components and
lines. Live components are wired with orange
lines. There is the danger of electrical shock on
contact with live components, which can cause
death.
– Before carrying out any work, disconnect
electrical supply.
– Check components in the control system to
verify that no current is present.
– Only qualified electrical technicians are
allowed to work on control system, electrical
lines and components.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to escaping compressed
air
While working on the product and on com-
pressed air lines, escaping compressed air can
cause serious injury or death.
– Disconnect the system with the product
from compressed air.
– Secure the system against being switched
on again.
– Relieve the lines.
– Wear specified protective equipment when
working on the compressed air compo-
nents.
WARNING!
Danger from noise
Disconnecting pressurized pneumatic lines cre-
ates loud noises. This might damage the
hearing.
Before carrying out any work:
– Depressurize pneumatic lines.
– Wear ear protection.
WARNING!
Risk of injury from unsuitable replacement
parts
Parts of third party suppliers may not bear the
loads. Serious injuries and death can result.
– Only use original replacement parts.

1. Enable “Clean the screen” menu.
NOTICE!
Unsuitable cleaning agents
Solvent-based and abrasive cleaning agents
can damage the surfaces.
– Only use solvent-free household cleaner for
scratch-sensitive surfaces.
2. Clean Touch display with paper towels and sol-
vent-free cleaning agents.
Cleanse control system housing.
Requirement:
Control system is switched off and secured
against being switched on again.
Verified that no current is present.
1. Clean the control system housing using solvent-
free cleaning agent for scratch-sensitive sur-
faces and paper towels.
2. Rub control system housing dry using paper
napkins.
Cleaning Fan Cover
Requirement:
Fan cover is dirty.
1. Clean fan cover using paper napkins and sol-
vent-free cleaning agents.
2. Rub fan cover dry using paper napkins.
