ACHTUNG!

Eine Drahtführungsspirale 
m i t   z u   k l e i n e m 
Innendurchmesser behindert 
die Drahtförderung. Ein zu 
großer Innendurchmesser 

kann  negativen  Einfluss  auf 

d i e   S c h w e i ß n a h t q u a l i t ä t 
haben.

Kontrollieren Sie den Innendurchmesser 
der Drahtführungsspirale und tau-
schen diese gegebenenfalls gegen eine  
passende Drahtführungsspirale aus.

Schauen Sie in die Ersatz- und Vers-
chleißteilelisten, um die passenden 
Drahtführungsspirale auszuwählen. 

ACHTUNG!

Scharfe Grate an der Spitze der 
Drahtführungsspirale kön-
nen den Drahtförderschlauch 
zerstören.

Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie bei von der 

DINSE

 abgelängte Drahtführungsspira-

len, diese mit der abgeschliffenen Seite 
in die Schweißgarnitur einführen.

Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie bei selbst 

zugeschnittenen Drahtführungsspiralen, 
ein Ende erst entgraten und die Draht-
führungsspirale mit der entgrateten Seite 
in die Schweißgarnitur einführen.

CAUTION!

A liner with too small an inside 
diameter interferes with the 
wire feeding. Too large an 
inside diameter may have a 
negative effect on the weld 
quality.

Check the inside diameter of the liner 
and replace it with a matching liner if 
necessary.

Refer to the spare and wear parts 
list to select the matching liners. 

CAUTION!

Sharp burs at the tip of the 
liner may destroy the wire 
feed hose.

Ensure that you insert liners cut to length 
by DINSE into the torch set with the 

ground off side first.

Ensure with liners you have cut to size 

yourself that you first debur one end and 

then insert the liner with the deburred 
side into the torch set.

¡ATENCIÓN! 

Una espiral de guía de hilo con 
un diámetro interior demasiado 
pequeño impide la extracción del 
hilo. Un diámetro interior dema-
siado grande puede tener una 

influencia negativa en la calidad 

de la costura de soldadura.

Controle el diámetro interior de la espi-
ral de guía de hilo y cámbiela en caso 
necesario por una espiral de guía de 
hilo adecuada. 

Consulte las listas de piezas de des-
gaste y repuesto para seleccionar la 
espiral de guía de hilo adecuada.

¡ATENCIÓN! 

Las rebabas afiladas en la 
punta de la espiral de guía de 
hilo pueden dañar el conducto 
de transporte de hilo.

Asegúrese de introducir las espirales de 

guía de hilo cortadas por DINSE por el 
lado desbarbado en la pistola.

Asegúrese de que en las espirales de 

guía de hilo que corte usted mismo se 
desbarbe primero el extremo y se intro-
duzca la espiral de guía de hilo con el 
lado desbarbado en la pistola.

the torch set until it reaches the stop in the 
wire brake.
