SCA-2 disk drive is active
and spinning down due to a
fault.
Correct the fault or replace the
SCA-2 disk drive.
Replaced SCA-2 disk drive
does not spin up to speed.
SCA-2 disk drive not seen
by RAID adapter.
Manually rebuild the SCA-2 disk
drive.
Remove the SCA-2 disk drive, wait
20 seconds, reinsert SCA-2 disk
drive. Wait one minute and then
rebuild the SCA-2 disk drive.
Multiple SCA-2 disk drives
have failed.
No power available.
Restore power, run the RAID
configuration utility and change the
state of any failed (FLD) SCA-2
disk drive to optimal (OPT).
Run the RAID configuration utility
and check for bad blocks on the
SCA-2 disk drives. Repair any bad
blocks.
SCA-2 disk drive not seen
by RAID adapter.
SCSI cable not connected.
Incorrect SCSI termination.
Duplicate SCSI IDs on the
bus.
Defective SCA-2 disk drive.

settings.
