Deleting dictations
Deleting a single dictation
1. Choose the dictation you want to delete by pressing the FILE button.
2. Press the DEL button briefly, to delete the dictation. “DEL FILE?“ is
displayed.
3. Press the DEL button once more. “Deleting Pls.Wait“ is displayed and the
dictation is being deleted. After deleting, the next dictation is chosen
automatically. If you have chosen to delete the last file in the list, the first
dictation is chosen after the deletion.
Hint: If you have pressed the DEL button and “DEL FILE?“ is displayed, you
must press the DEL button once more within 5 seconds. Otherwise the
dictation will not be deleted and the mobile dictation device returns to
standby mode.
To abort the deletion of a dictation within the 5 seconds press any button other than
DEL. The mobile dictation device returns to standby mode.
