Choosing a dictation
In standby mode press the FILE button to navigate through the list of dictations. The
first dictation is displayed.

For any dictation the date and time of recording is displayed in the format
[DD] [HH:MM], e.g.. “18 10:06“ for 18th of the month, 10:06 a.m. Shortly afterwards
the number and length of the dictation is then displayed in the following format:
- [Actual dictation number] / [Total amount of dictations]

- [Length of dictation or actual position]
By pressing the FILE button the next dictation is displayed. Note that during
playback this key sets the current position to the end of the dictation.
Hint: If you step forward to the end of the dictation list, you can start a new
recording in pause mode by pressing the FILE button again. By pressing
the FILE button once more you return to the first dictation in list.

E.g. 3A3 means the third dictation from a total of 3 in the A directory.
