ANALYZING GRAIN

APPROXIMATE CALIBRATION READING

An approximate/not official reading, if set to metric, that displays on the
Analysis screen might be the result of an old calibration installed on a new
instrument; typically a custom calibration.

TIP: If an approximate reading is not expected, go to the Edit Product
screen. If TW Metric Slope and TW Metric Bias do not appear on screen as
a line item then the calibration is old. Or if TW Metric Bias value is 0 the
calibration is old.

NOTE: A

certified

calibration on all

GAC 2500 models that has
been altered from its original
state and renamed will result in
the test weight appearing as
“approximate” on both lb/bu or
kg/Hl readings.
