8. High pressure hose with spray gun
The high pressure hose is coupled rotated on the spray gun.
Also assemble (tighten) the lance to the spray gun.
Because of that you have a great extend of free movement during the spraying.
Check regularly, during spraying activities, whether the lance coupling is still fixed to the spray gun.
Spray gun
Do not spray: release the lever in the handle.
Spraying: push the lever in the handle.
Spray Security: release the blocking pawl in the handle.
The machine is standard equipped with a single lance.
9. Hours counter
The hours counter is located on top of the key contact. Here you can read the number off working hours.
10. Emergency stop
The emergency stop can be recognized on the red pressing button at a yellow slice.
- Push the emergency stop: the machine stops immediately at emergency situations.
- Pull out the emergency stop: the machine can be restarted.
One can find the emergency stop at the back off the trailer.
11. Alarm lamp
The alarm lamp will indicate when and which disturbance is present.
Disturbances with flash frequence:
1x Temperature to high at entry high pressure pump
2x Flame protection - no flame
3x Flame protection - after burn
4x Run- dry Diesel
5x Run- dry water
6x Temperature to high at high pressure pump exit
7x Pressure function valve too high
8x Run- dry descaling product
Constant flash (ON) Service necessary
