Engine oil

Check the engine oil

1. Park the vehicle and use the parking

brake.

2. Start the engine until the engine

reaches

the

normal

operating

temperature (approx. 5 min).

3. Turn off the engine.

4. Wait at least 10 minutes for the

engine oil to return to the oil pan.

5. Remove the oil dipstick and wipe it

off with a cloth.

6. Reinsert the oil dipstick.

7. Remove the oil dipstick and check

the oil quantity. The oil quantity must

be within the normal range.

8. If the amount of oil in the range of

○ A, open the engine oil filler cover,

add the recommended oil, can not

exceed ○ B.

9. Do not remove the dipstick when

filling with oil.

10. Re-check the oil level with the oil

dipstick.

It is normal to add oil during the

oil change cycle or during the run-in

period, depending on the particular

condition of the engine operation.
