Synchronization options
Synchronization via SYNC-BUS
The SYNC-BUS (SYNC IN, SYNC OUT) is used to synchronize two or more PU[REC] systems with up to 100 m distance
between each node. The SYNC-BUS consists of two RJ-45 sockets. One socket being a synchronization OUT, whilst the
other is used as synchronization IN.

Acquisition running
Depending on the usage of the SYNC (input or output) the LED indicates if the system clock is available or received
correctly from another system. The green LED indicates that the acquisition is running. If the acquisition stops the LED
will be off.
Data transfer (independent from synchronization)
The network topology is the responsibility of the customer. Any topology supported by the operating system can
be used. In theory, the normal company network can also be used. However, DEWETRON recommends the use of a
separate network which is only used for data transmission.
NOTE:
Networked data acquisition (claiming multiple, distributed DEWETRON measurement systems)
requires software option OXYGEN-NET (OXY-OPT-NET).
