5. Troubleshooting
LED signal/error
Meaning
Measure / Action
No movements can be carried
out on the end product.
- The handset is locked.
- The locking mechanism is
malfunctioning.
- The power supply or con-
necting cables are defective.
- The battery is not charged or
not connected.
- The controller or drive is de-
fective.
- Use the turnkey to en-
able the handset.
- Check the locking
mechanism.
- Check the power supply.
