Zone Bypass Programming: Program Addresses (0016-0017)

Zone Bypass programming determines which zone functions can
be bypassed. Zone functions that can not be bypassed can not be
force armed either. Fire zones can never be manually bypassed, but
can be force armed. The Default of [0] or [8] means those zones can
be bypassed.
