(3)  M easu rem en t of insulation  resistance.

A   WARNING 

ELECTRIC SHOCK 

can kill.

*  M easurem ent  should  be  made  after the  machine  stops.

-   Using  a  500V  megger,  make  a  check  once  a  month  to  ensure  that the  insulation 

resistance  is  more  than  1M  Q .

M easurement:

Disconnect  the  load  side  cable  from  the  output  terminal  as  shown  at below.  Turn  ON 

the  circuit  breaker and  m easure  the  insulation  resistance  between  the  output  terminal 

bolt  and  the  bonnet.

—  If the  measured resistance  is  less  than  1M  0 ,   it  may  cause  electric  leakage  or  fire 

accident.  Wipe  off dirt  and  oil  on  the  output  terminals,  circuit  breakers  and  generator 

leads  (cables)  and  dry  them  thoroughly.

If the  insulation  resistance  is  not recovered  after  cleaning,  contact distributor  or  our 

office.
