Unscrew the cone from the handpiece anti-clock-
wise.
Grasp the edge of the Halogen lamp reflector
and pull it out of the holder.
DO NOT TWIST IT !
Grasp the new Halogen lamp on the edge of its
reflector and press it into the holder to the stop.
DO NOT TOUCH THE INNER SURFACE !
The inner surface of the reflector and the bulb
must be free of contamination and fingerprints
before the unit is switched on. Contaminated ar-
eas can be cleaned with alcohol.
Wind the cone on clockwise.
Insert the light guide until it clicks into place.
5. Replacing the fuse
Unplug the unit from the mains.
The fuse is on the bottom of the unit.
Turn the fuse holder anti-clockwise with a screw-
driver until the holder pops out.
Insert a new fuse into the fuse holder, press the
holder into the unit and turn it clockwise with a
screwdriver until it locks in .
