Brushing your teeth
Begin by dipping the brush head into water. Then
squeeze a little toothpaste onto the toothbrush
head.
Avoid splashing by waiting to turn the toothbrush
on until it is in contact with your teeth.
You can choose between three diff erent speed mo-
des. Rotate through the modes by pressing the on/
off button, each time keeping it down for 1 second.
Choose between: high (10,000 oscillations), medi-
um (8,500 oscillations) or low (7,000 oscillations).
Brush your teeth for approx. 2 minutes (the timer
function automatically switches the brush off after 2
minutes). Move the brush head from tooth to tooth.
Start with the outside of the teeth, then move on
to the inside and fi nish with the chewing surfaces.
The timer function indicates after 30, 60 and 90
seconds that it is time to start brushing the next
quadrant of the mouth.
Rinse off the brush head when you have fi nished,
and allow it to dry.
Changing the brush head
Remove the old brush head by pulling it straight up.
Attach the new one by pressing it down with the
bristles facing towards you.
It is important to change the brush head once a
month for best results.
Dismantling the charging cup
It is possible to dismantle the charging cup when
necessary:
Lift off the larger ring from the smaller ring.
Then lift the smaller ring from the charging pla-
te, and that’s it.

INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
Attach the brush head by pressing it down with the
bristles facing the same way as the button on the
handle.
The charging cup comes in three parts that are
easy to assemble. The smaller ring part clicks onto
the charging plate. Attach the larger ring to the
smaller one to complete assembling the cup.
Connect the cord of the charging adapter to the
cup and then connect the adapter to an electrical
outlet.
Place your electric toothbrush in the charging cup
to begin charging your Dentle One. The charge
indicator fl ashes red when the battery needs char-
ging, pulsates white as soon as the battery is at
20% charge and shows a steady white light when
fully charged.
Your Dentle One electric toothbrush should
be charged for at least 14 hours before fi rst use.
Disconnect the charger as soon as the electric
toothbrush is fully charged.

RECYCLING
The toothbrush contains a rechargeable lithium-ion
battery. The battery is recyclable and can be left at a
recycling station.
To remove the battery for disposal or recycling:
The appliance must be disconnected from the
supply mains when removing the battery.
Insert a coin into one set of slots on the battery
end cap and twist counterclockwise to release the
battery cap.
Firmly tap the bottom of the handle on a hard
surface in order to slide out battery.
Now the battery is exposed so you can separate
the wire connectors.
Disconnect the individual cables one after another
and remove the rechargeable batteries.
The battery must be removed from the appliance
before it is scrapped.
Safely and properly dispose of the battery.
