12 V DC connector
If an overload occurs, the 12 V DC connector will be isolated from the supply. The 12 VDC connector
can be reconnected by pressing the overload switch (DC-Reset).
Attention!
The 12 V DC socket can only be charged with 100 W max.
Connecting to earth
The housing is allowed to be connected to earth in order to discharge static electricity. To do this,
connect one end of a cable to the earth connection on the generator and the other end to an external
earth (for example an earthing rod).
Oil warning system
The oil warning system protects the generator against damages caused by too low oil level in the
engine case. Before the minimum filling level is undershot, the system automatically turns off the
engine (the ignition key stays in position "ON").
If you want to restart the engine after a stop by the oil warning system, pay attention to the oil lack
display. If it is red, the motor cannot be started. In this case, fill up the oil.
