Mount Inner Fender Supports (11 & 12) to the inside 
of the plastic fenders.  On the Front, the overlap of the 
plastic fender mounts to the cross strap of the inner fender 
support.  On the Rear, the overlap of the plastic fender 
does not mount to the cross strap of the inner fender 
support.

Mount the Fender Mounts (9 & 10) to the corner posts.  
(Follow directions on following page)

Mount Cross tube (13) to bottom of sill tubes of wagon 
using the clamp bar (14) and 4 3/8”X5” bolts (5).  Clamp 
bar mounts between the sill tubes.  Do not tighten bolts 
yet.  Be sure cross tube is assembled in the right direction.  
Refer to detail A above.

Attach Fenders with inner supports to mounting brackets 
and cross tube.  Adjust cross tube (13) front to back so 
fender misses tire when turning.  Tighten mounting bolts.
