NovoPRO User Manual 2.X

4.4.4 Applying User Group

Windows/Mac

When you connect to a NovoPRO device, the Group will be displayed as “Not Selected”.

Click on “Not Selected” to display list of available groups, and then select the desired group

and press button “OK”.

A user list will be displayed for the group you selected. Tabs “All”, “Online”, and “Offline”

are a quick sorting based on participants’ status.

(Edit)

Open “Edit User Group” window, allowing users to make changes.

(Export)

Export a User Group as an XML file, which can be loaded to any
mobile devices and other PC/Mac.

(Delete)

Delete a User Group
