Step 4: Manage the presentation
3.1.1 Step 1: Set up session parameters
Before clicking on the connection button
, some session parameters needs to be set up.
Function
Description
The main window of
Novo Desktop Streamer
Application.
Manually enter the IP address shown on the
NovoPRO home screen, or select an IP address entry
from the drop-down menu that matches the IP
address shown on the NovoPRO home screen.
(Optional) Manually enter a name for this computer
to be identified in the participant list among other
participants
.
Example: Kevin
(Note: If a name is not entered in this field, the
default name of your device will be used.)
If PIN is required for a presentation session, check the
“PIN required” box and enter the four-digit PIN
shown on the home screen.

to expand the Settings tab to access
additional settings options.
