Force transmit
Set up the how long it will wait before it send packets
mandatory. Range from 0 to 65536 millisecond. 0
means never send packets mandatory.

Destination IP address and port
Set the IP segment and port of the serial server. Up to
4 segments can be configured and there are at most
99 addresses in each segment. Port defaults are 6001
~ 6004 and configurable.
Local listen port
Set up the local port. 15000
Packing length
Set up the threshold for sending packets. Range from
0 to 1024 bytes. 0 means it is immediately sent once
data coming.
