2. When making adjustments, the closed chilled water circuit should be in operation. Find
the position of the exhaust valve on the CoolDoor, as shown in the figure below. Turn the
cap to the right, and install the filling soft tube inlet with a switch on the position of the
exhaust valve on the CoolDoor, as shown in the figure below. Connect the pressure
gauge to the outlet of the filling soft tube.
3. Turn on the switch of the filling soft tube to confirm that operating pressure is normal.
4. The filling soft tube switch is closed, the pressure gauge is removed, the filling soft tube
is directed into the water bucket, and the filling soft tube switch is turned on to perform
air removal. Continue until the air is completely discharged, and only when the liquid
working fluid is completely discharged can it be closed.
5. Remove the filling soft tube and cover with the cap. Make sure that the cap is tight and
that there is no leakage.
6. The above actions are performed on the CoolDoor on site.
