defaultHostType
Specifies the default host type of any
unconfigured HBA host port to which the RAID
controller modules are connected. To generate a
list of valid host types for the storage array, enter
the
show storageArray hostTypeTable
command.
Host types can be identified by a name or
numerical index. You must put quotation marks
(" ") around the host type name. Do not put
quotation marks around the host type numerical
identifier.
NOTE:
When defining host types, if storage
partitioning is not enabled, all hosts attached to the
storage array must run the same operating system
and be compatible with the default host type.
failoverAlertDelay
Specifies the failover alert delay time in minutes.
The valid delay time range is 0 to 60 minutes.
The default value is 5 minutes.
mediaScanRate
Specifies the number of days over which the
media scan runs. Valid values are: 0, which
disables media scan, or 1 to 30, where 1 is the
fastest scan rate, and 30 is the slowest.
NOTE:
Media scan runs on all virtual disks in the
storage array that have an Optimal status, have no
modification operations in progress, and have the
mediaScanRate
parameter enabled.
password
Specifies the password for the storage array. You
must put quotation marks (" ") around the
password.
NOTE:
Passwords are stored on each storage
array. The password can be any combination of
alphanumeric characters, with a maximum of 30
characters.
userLabel
Specifies a name for the storage array. You must
put quotation marks (" ") around the storage
array name.
