3.8.2
Network connection with proxSafe terminal
For standard operation of the flexx using the proxSafe terminal, you have to take care, that:
●
the two cables coming from the terminal („Master“ and „Slave“) are correctly
connected to the backplane PCB (see 3.11 „Connect terminal to backplane PCB“)
●
the network cable is correctly connected to the DigiCon (see 3.8.1, picture 6)
●
the jumpers J4 and J5 on the backplane PCB are set according to the drawing below:

Note:
In case of more flexx backplanes connected to each other in one line (due to
connection of more flexx housings) being operated with at least one proxSafe
terminal, all jumpers J1 have to be open (NOT SET!).
