Like DEBUG window, a filter can be entered in the top right-hand corner of the Systems Variables
window and this will then show the specific variable of the Uniplex or Camera selected.
For example, entering
timezone
as the filter will show the timezone settings of the device.
Click on the X in the top right-hand corner of the shell window to close it.
To hide the engineering buttons hold down both the
Ctrl
and
Shift
keys of the PC and at the same
time double click on the NetVu logo using your mouse. Alternatively just refresh the web page
using your browser.
Remote Maintenance
After system commissioning and sign-off NetVu offers a full support package to ensure the correct
ongoing operation of Uniplex systems.
This includes the following:
•
Telephone, email and remote diagnostic support.
•
Review of any operational anomalies and application of software upgrades and patches as
required to maintain continued system integrity and security.
•
Subject to review and agreement with the client settings will be updated with regard to
ongoing features and best practice.
•
Maintenance of backups and records of all system settings including the status of any
specific settings varying from the standard default values and the basis for the change.
•
At the request of the client (and subject to additional charge) monitor and support any
regular system testing typically at six-month intervals.
