Using these two modes the NVR can respond to the same stimuli (alarms, VMD etc.) in different
ways, depending on whether the NVR is SET or UNSET.
Use Timer for Set/Unset: If this box is ticked then the SET and UNSET status will be activated by the
times configured in the fields above.
Titles may be configured for the SET, UNSET and OVERRIDE status. For example UNSET might be
named “Day” and SET might be named “Night”.
RVRC page
This page can be used to force the NVR in to the SET, UNSET or OVERRIDE status remotely.
Override duration: Sets the time in minutes that the OVERRIDE status will last, before the preceding
condition reverts.
Enter Your name: allows the entry of a name or other reference which will appear in the database
against the status change activity.
Force UNSET: clicking on this button forces the NVR in to the UNSET state, until the next scheduled
state change.
Force SET: clicking on this button forces the NVR in to the SET state, until the next scheduled state
change.
Force OVERRIDE: clicking on this button forces the NVR in to the OVERRIDE state, i.e. the opposite
state that the NVR is currently in, for the period of minutes set in the override duration field. For
example, a Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC) might force OVERRIDE status at night to
