4.2.8.3 Store Current Config Screen
The screen shown in Figure 39 displays after the current configuration is written to
the flash. Storage of the current configuration, and display of the top 2 lines in the
screen example, occurs as soon as “Store Current Config” is selected from the Flash
Programming menu. The bottom 2 lines appear after the configuration is written to
the flash.
Note:
At present, changes made to the configuration by downloading a file
(section 4.2.5.9) do NOT get stored to flash.

4.2.8.4 User/Password Setup Screen
This menu allows you to change either of the two User IDs and their passwords. An
example dialog screen is shown in Figure 40. User entries are in bold. In this
example, user ID 1 is changed to “user1” with password “pwd1”. Even though an
access level of 1 was entered, the access levels currently have no effect. Default
factory configuration is ddc/3548 for BOTH user ID/passwords, so both should be
changed if a user wants to prevent access to the switch with the documented User
name/password.
