3.11.2.1 DVE Position
This menu allows control of the DVE (X,Y,Z)
Position in 3D space. It also allows the DVE
to be rotated in the Z axis.
The DVEs in the Flex Source Processor are
2D DVEs, and do not allow the DVE to be
rotated in X, or Y, or have Perspective.
Enable
This allows this DVE Channel to be Enabled
or disable.
Display
The display shows a mimic of the DVE
position & size.
Rotation is indicated by the direction of the
arrow.
Quick Menu Buttons
This menu can also be accessed using the ‘Flex1’ & ‘Flex2’ Quick
menus located next to the Joystick.
The Quick Menu Rotation button also allows rotation to be assigned to
the Joystick Z axis.
3.11.2.2 DVE Size
This menu allows control of the DVE Sizes.
The X & Y controls allow the DVE to be
squeezed or stretched horizontally or
vertically.
The Z control sizes both X & Y
simultaneously – which is a similar effect to
moving the DVE position in Z, but not quite
the same.
Also in this menu are controls for the DVE
Edge Size & Softness
The softness control allows the softness of
the DVE edge to be altered
The Size controls the overall Crop Size (this
should be moved to the Crop Menu)
