3.3.2.3 Chroma Key Lift Control
The Chroma Key Lift Control is used to
affect the transparency of a Key source
when there are very dark areas.
If your sources have shadows, the shadows
may be keyed out, or look transparent. This
is when you would use lift so that the
shadows look normal.
If dark areas like shadows are becoming
too transparent, then more lift should be
applied.
3.3.2.3 Chroma Key Gain Control
The Key Gain Control is used to affect the
performance of the Keyer in lighter areas of
the source
This may happen if a light source is too
bright or there are a lot of areas in the
source are white.
If light areas are becoming too transparent,
then more gain should be applied. Gain
affects the intensity of the light areas. This
is just another way to control how precise
your chromakey effect looks.
3.3.2.4 Chroma Key Opacity
The Keyer Opacity can also be adjusted here (this is the same opacity option as seen in the in the previous menu)
