3.2.1.4 Key Invert Control
The invert option allows the key source to
be inverted after lift & gain adjustments
have been applied.
It has only 2 settings: On and Off.
For example, if you have the key source as
a basketball with a green background, and
the key background as a beach scene, the
final key effect will be a basketball on the
beach. If you invert the effect, the beach
will now be in the space where the
basketball was, and the green background
will be visible.
3.2.2 Keyer Matte Menu
When the Matte button is selected in the KEYER
CONTROLS button group (see 2.3) , the key
effect will be made with a color rather than a
video source.
The Keyer Matte Menu allows you to adjust the
Matte or color that will be applied in the key.
•
The Color Wheel allows selection of the
Keyer Matte Hue & Saturation.
•
The center of the cursor shows the
currently selected color.
•
A new color can be selected by
touching the screen and selecting the
color of your choice.
•
Luma (brightness) can be controlled by
the vertical bar on the right hand side
(shown in red) .
•
All values can be controlled by the
control knobs the number keypad, or by
the Joystick.
