Please follow following steps for viewing the camera video from the web UI. 

 

Connect the PTC-305T camera to your PC/Notebook PC by an HBT-16  
4K HDBaseT Receiver Box 

1.

 

Please use an Ethernet cable to connect from the HDBaseT/POE interface 
of your PTC-305T to the HDBaseT interface which is located on the front 
panel of the HBT-16.  

2.

 

Please use an Ethernet cable to connect from the DVIP interface which is 
located on the rear panel of the HBT-16 to the Ethernet interface of your 
laptop or PC. Moreover, please confirm that your PC and PTC-305 are set 
within the same local area network.  

3.

 

Open the web UI by the connected PC or laptop and then please enter the 
default IP address into the address bar of the web browser.   

Note: The default static IP address of the PTC-305T is 192.168.100.100.  

4. The login page of the web UI will be opened, please enter the user name 
and password (the default user name and password are admin/admin).   

5. Open the preview window for previewing the video which is shot by the 
camera.  

 

Connect the PTC-305T camera to your PC or laptop by a router.   

1. Please set the Ethernet IP address of your PC or laptop as 192.168.100.x(x 
means 0-255) and it will be at the same local area network as the PTC-305T.  

2. Please use an RJ-45 Ethernet cable to connect from the HDBaseT/POE port 
which is located on the rear panel of the PTC-305T to the HDBaseT port of an 
HBT-16. After that, please use another Ethernet cable to connect from the 
DVIP port of your HBT-16 to the LAN interface of your router.  

3. Please use an RJ-45 Ethernet cable to connect from the RJ-45 Ethernet 
interface of your PC or laptop to the LAN port of the same router.  

4. Please open the web UI from the connected PC or laptop and then please 
enter the default IP address of the camera into the address bar of the web 
browser.
