Advanced Troubleshooting
Try the following if you still are unable to connect:
Use the ARP table to search for iCast 10NDI’s MAC address; the MAC address can be found on
the print label at the bottom of your device.
MAC address starts with 00:07:36:03:xx:xx.
On the command prompt (terminal on MAC OS), enter "arp -a" then press enter key to display
an ARP list. See if the iCast 10NDI is successfully connected to the network.
Execute services.msc, and on the right column of the “Services” window, locate “DHCP Client”
then click “Restart”.
On the command prompt, enter ipconfig/flushdns followed by ipconfig/release
or
ipconfig/renew.

Source
In Source, you will be able to view and select various video source types (SDI, HDMI, IP Stream, NDI,
WebRTC and UVC) for each input video channel.
On each source type page, you will also be able to view information of all five input video channels
such as Input Information, Video Source, Audio Source, Resolution, Frame Rate, Channels, Bits Per
Sample and Sample Frequency.
Note: The iCast 10NDI web UI does not update automatically so to learn the latest device status,
please refresh the page manually.
