LIMIT
If the measured capacitor bank rating is
less than the percent defined by this
parameter, compared to its nominal
value, then a capacitor value loss alarm
is given.
The low capacitor value must be
measured at least 3 times below the
limit.
If this limit is set to zero then the alarm is
not monitored.
