5.7.15.8. Corner case: RFID transponder not present in Identification table
If an access control event contains a transponder ID that is not contained in the Identification table,
the access control system will reject the attempt. Should the server decide that the access has to be
gr
anted, it has to reject the controller’s recommendation.
To be able to trigger an action on the controller side, the group to which the person is associated is
required.
Thus the missing group identification has to be provided when rejecting the pre-checked online rec-
ommendation for an entry missing in the Identification table.
You can use this mechanism to implement visitor tags without having to send the Identification list to
the access controllers for each visitor.
