Dispose of all packaging materials after installation
(boxes, plastic, polystyrene, etc.) according to
regulations in force, paying special attention to plastic
bags that can be extremely dangerous if children are in
the vicinity.
Instruct all personnel involved with operating the
mechanism about the commands and safety systems
installed on the plant. This product cannot be installed
in an explosive atmosphere
insTallaTion
SIMPLY ram has been made in RIGHT and/or LEFT
version depending on the leaf on which it will be
installed. The leaves must be considered from the
insternal side (garden).
The SIMPLY cylinder is easily installed on any type of
gate, as long as the gate is well balanced.
The SIMPLY cylinder has been constructed for gate
wings that do not exceed 200 kg in weight and 3 meters
in length.
Fix the large plate to the column respecting the
measurements shown in the table and position the
cylinder perfectly horizontal (check with a sprit-level)
and with respect to its axis.
Fix the gear-motor to the large plate using the pin and
grub-screw supplied.
Completely extend the stainless steel tube up to the
end of its stroke, then screw it back for one turn (at least
1 cm) to make the gate wing close perfectly.
Fix the small plate to the end of the cylinder using the
pin and grub-screw supplied.
Fix the small plate to the gate wing, keeping the
cylinder horizontal (check with a sprit-level).
Position the mechanical doorstops in both the open
and closed positions.

pieces of information you may need to install your barrier and
to safe guard your safety.

regulations in force. We recommend using original part only,
during the installation and the upkeep. However, the caution
is unquestionably indispensable and nothing is better than
preventing accidents.

Upkeep
For any kind of upkeep, you have always to cut off the power
supply.
For a correct upkeep of the installation where you have installed
the gear motor SIMPLY follow carefully these instructions:
Clean periodically the photocells.
Checking by qualified people the electronic clutch (see the
paragraph “Installation of the electronic central unit”).
Lubrificate periodically the guide and the wheel of the gate.
In case of malfunction going and seeing qualified people.
demoliTion
You have to operate the elimination of the materials in
conformity with the regulations in force. All material must be
divided by type (copper, aluminium, plastic, electrical central
unit). However there are not material considered dangerous for
the handler.
Dismantling
In order to dismantle or to move away the automation, follow
these instructions:
Cut off the power supply and disconnect the electrical
installation.
Dismantle the control console and all the other components of
the installation.
If you have noticed that some components have been damaged,
you have to replace them.
