InstallatIon
Safety instructions important for the installation.
Warning: a wrong or bad installation can cause damages
and injuries. Follow carefully all the instructions.
Following the below topics for the right installation of
the operator HARD:
• Be sure that leaves move in a horizontal way (levelled)
during the all operation.
• Fix the brackets “P” on the columns and track the way
“A” (that must be levelled) according to the maximum
opening of the leaf following the schema (pic. 3).
• Take the measurements of the holes on the columns
paying attention to keep levelled the brackets during
the measurements.
• Drill and fix levelled the wall-bracket “PP” with the
bracket “P” to the columns, using suitable and proper
screws and nuts (pic. 4)
• Insert lids “D” in the proper holes opening with a
pincer the holes “F1” situated in front of the shaft exit.
Open the internal hole “F3” as well, to be used as way
for the wires (pic. 4).
• Fix the operators on bracket “P” using the screws
“V1”, paying attention that all electronic components
and devices (terminals, capacitors) are turned with
their face up and the limit switches “FC” turned to the
leaves (pic. 5).
• Assembling the releasing handle “MS” on the pin
“PM” and fix the screw “VS”(pic. 6)
• Fix the handle pin “PM” as illustrated on pic. 7 and 8
using a pincer in order to fix the rings. Fix the eccentric
wheel “E” using a 2,5mm allen key paying attention
that the handle must be turned towards down when
the operator is working in automatic. If not, adjust the
eccentric wheel “E” that control the releasing system.
• Assembling the arms. Left arm as illustrated on pic. 9
meanwhile for the right arm, turn 180° the levers “L2”.
WarnIng
• DO NOT fix ” too much the assembling screws “V2-V3
(pic. 9) for keeping a fluent movement of the arms.
• Fix the arms on the exit shaft “C” using the screws
“V4” and side grub screws “Gr” (pic.10).
• Releasing the operator as explained on the paragraph
“emergency and manual manoeuvre”
• With the leaves in closing position, extend the arms as
illustrated on pic. 11 and fix the bracket “L3” to the leaf
using suitable screws or with proper welding.
• Make a manual opening and closing in order to
check whether arms are moving fluently without any
problem.

• Keep the key “CH” in a safe place known only form
people intended to for the use of the automation.
• Turn on the main power supply paying attention that
people are out of the area in which the gate moves.
How to connect the operators HARD to the control
panels MACH3E and MACH7. With the MACH3E the
operators are ready to be connected, with the MACH7,
follow the below connection plan.
MACH 3E
1 GROUND
2 CLOSING
3 OPENING
4 COMMON OPERATOR
5 ALREADY CONNECTED
6 ALREADY CONNECTED
MACH 7
1 COMMON LIMIT SWITCH
2 LIMIT SWITCH OPENING
3 LIMIT SWITCH CLOSING
4 COMMON OPERATOR
5 OPENING
6 CLOSING
With the MACH7, connect directly the ground to the
yellow/green cable coming from the operator.
