
Chocolate, Peanut Butter
& Banana
smoothie
Ingredients:

4 1-inch pieces frozen banana
1 tbsp unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
½ cup oat or cashew milk
¼ cup small ice cubes
Directions:
1.
Combine banana, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in the Bottle. Add the milk
and ice. Whirl for 5 seconds.

Remove and shake the Bottle vigorously 2-3 times. Whirl until the smoothie is fully
blended. Serve mix Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie immediately.
