Recovery Mode (RECOVERY)

For the recovery mode you will have to wear a chest strap. As soon as your pulse is displayed on the 

console, please press the RECOVERY button and  the measrement will begin. 

All functions except for  TIME and PULSE (fig. 17) will not be displayed. A countdown of 60 seconds will 

start.

When the time is up, the console will display your status of heart rate recovery. Your status will be displayed 

in F1 to F6 (fig. 18), see table below.
