5. Elektronische Steuerung
Die gesammte Steuerung des Gerätes mit allen
Sicherheits-,Kontroll- und Schaltfunktionen geschieht
über die CDC1100 Elektronik. Die Bedeutung der
einzelnen Leuchtdioden ist wie folgt:
1. Zu hoher Druck auf der Hochdruckseite der Kühl-
anlage. Das gesammte Gerät ist für 45 Minuten
abgeschaltet und startet danach wieder automa-
tisch. Diese Funktion sichert, dass der Kompressor
nicht überlastet wird. Sollte diese Lampe auf-
leuchten, so lesen Sie bitte unter Punkt 7.
Störungssuche weiter.
2. Raumlufttemperatur über 30°C. Das Gerät ist ab-
geschaltet. Fällt die Raumtemperatur unter 30 °C.
startet das Gerät wieder automatisch.
3. Raumtemperatur unter 3°C. Das Gerät ist abge-
schaltet. Steigt die Raumtemperatur über 3°C.
startet das Gerät wieder automatisch.
4. Wasserbehälter ist voll. Gerät hat abgeschaltet.
5. Das Gerät befindet sich in einer Abtauphase. Der
Kompressor arbeitet, der Ventilator steht still.
6. Auf dem Verdampfer bildet sich Eis. Diese Eis-
bildung wird 44 Minuten lang zugelassen, danach
schaltet die Elektronik auf Abtauung um und Lam-
pe 5 leuchtet auf.
5. Electronic control
The entire control of the unit, inclusive of safety,
control, and on/off functions is taken care of by the
CDC 1100 circuit board. The light diodes on the
control panel give the following indications:
1.The pressure is too high on the HP side of the
cooling plant. The unit is switched off for 45
minutes and then starts again automatically. This
function protects the compressor from being
overloaded. If the diode lights up, please see point
7: Faultfinding.
2. The ambient temperature of the room is over 30°C.
The unit is switched off. If the ambient temperature
falls to less than 30°C, the unit starts automatically.
3. The ambient temperature is under 3°C. The unit is
switched off. If the ambient temperature increases
to more than 3°C, the unit starts again automatically.
4. The water container is full. The unit is switched off.
5. The unit is in defrosting mode, The compressor is
working, the fan is stopped.
6. The evaporator is icing up. Ice formation is allowed
for 44 minutes, then the electronic control switches
over to defrosting and the lamp (5) lights up.
