BLOCK DIAGRAM 

The 552 incorporates a Software-Defined Radio (SDR) receiver and similar 

elements  in  its  design  that  make  the  product  almost  entirely  DSP-based.    

Virtually all functionality is provided through firmware coding.  The Block 

Diagram  presented  below  illustrates  product  basics  in  an  easily-under-

stood form, although actual signal paths and logical functions may deviate 

appreciably from those depicted here.
