Figure 12 . shows recommended connections to terminal posts (when bolt and washer/s are
tightened). Use a torque wrench with 13 mm socket. Tighten the bolts to 15 ± 2 Nm.

QUIPMENT REQUIRED
See Figure 14 for position number.
1. 2x Bolt M6S M8 x L 8.8fzb for on-board fuses/battery, (for L, see above and Figure 12 ).
2. 6x Lock washer (DIN 127B). Dim. 16x8.5x1.6mm or 5/16” ID.
3. 6x Washer BRB 8.8 HB 200fzb. Dim. 16x8.8x1.6mm or 5/16” ID.
4. Fuse. See page 26 .
5. 3x 44R09025A Washer ordered from Danaher Motion Stockholm AB. (Tin plated copper
washer).
6. 5x Ring lugs with 8.5 mm hole diameter for battery and motor connection.
7. 4x Bolt M6S M8 x L 8.8fzb for motor connection, (for L, see above and Figure 12 ).

BOARD FUSE SIZING AND SELECTION

An on board fuse is not supplied with the AC SuperDrive. This
component must be ordered separately.
An on-board fuse installed between the B+ and + terminals on each AC SuperDrive protects the
drive and power distribution circuit in the event of a short circuit fault in the power conversion
section. Note that the onboard fuse is not intended to protect the AC SuperDrive or motor against
overloads. Since the AC SuperDrive employs a software controlled closed loop current regulator,
motor overloads, drive overloads and shorts in the motor are normally detected and managed by
the AC SuperDrive and typically do not cause the on-board fuse to blow.
In lieu of an on-board fuse, a user may choose to locate this fuse off the drive (i.e. at a central
fuse panel). In this configuration (see
Table 2 ) battery power is connected to the AC SuperDrive
+ terminal.
The fuse should be sized based on the AC SuperDrive’s power output (2 min. rating) listed on
