Dallmer will only provide the warranty for the Stausafe F when the installation, initial operation and maintenance is carried out by a qualified technical
and with proper operation according to the installation and operating instructions.
To confirm the proper installation by an approved shop, a filled out response card must be sent to Dallmer. Dallmer is not liable without this card.
It is explicitly advised that wear and tear and errors caused by insufficient maintenance do not represent a defect.
The warranty period is 24 months from delivery to our contact partner.
The following documents are included in addition to the operating instructions with the Stausafe F.
