(7) Data Management
The Data Management interface mainly provides two functions: data search and data export.
1. Data Search
Select the date to be searched, modify the year, month and day, and then click “Search”. The printed
data will be displayed in pages, with 6 pieces of data displayed on each page. The user can click “Previous”
or “Next” to turn pages, or enter the specific page number and click “Jump To” (Figure 4-58). The total
count of slides printed for the current search date is shown in the lower left corner of the data table; the
total count of slides printed since the instrument was enabled is shown in the lower right corner.
2. Export Date
To facilitate the management of print records, you can insert a USB flash disk on the USB interface of
the device to export records.
The exported data is stored on a USB drive in Excel format. The file name is in the format of
yyyy-mm-dd_ExportData_serial number, for example, “2022-08-31_exportdata_1”.
