If the user sets the field as “Custom” in the drop-down box, the corresponding input box will appear
below the drop-down box. The user can enter digits, English letters, Chinese characters, and special
characters in the input box.If the user sets the field as “Empty” in the drop-down box, the field will have no
content, and will not display.
The year format can be selected from the drop-down box on the right, and can be divided into two
digits (yy), four digits (yyyy) or customized display. For example, 23 and 2023 represent the same year;
You can customize the content in the input box below the year, such as 23S -.
The user can also select an ID format from the drop-down box on the right. The main ID (the ID in the
Main ID Concatenation) can be set as 1 to 9 characters. When the digits of the entered main ID is more
than that of the set main ID, the printed ID will be consistent with the entered ID. When the digits of the
entered main ID is less than that of the set main ID, “0” will be added before the entered main ID to form
the printed ID, so that the digits of the entered main ID is equal to that of the set main ID. For example,
when the main ID is set as five digits, if the entered main ID is “123”, the printed ID will be “00123”; if the
entered main ID is “123456”, the printed ID will be “123456”.
Sub ID Concat.
“Sub ID Concat.” is used to set the sub ID in the example on the ID Setting interface (Figure 4-32).
The sub ID is composed of four fields concatenated in sequence. Each field can be set as “Section”, “Sub
ID No.”, “Custom”, or “Empty”. The “Custom” and “Empty” fields in this part are used in the same way as
the “Main ID Concat.” part.There are three types of Sub ID No.: digits, l letters, and l digits,
which can be modified as required.
