Recognition programming enables the receiver to
recognise and memorise all the products (detectors
and control devices) making up the system.
During recognition programming, the receiver automatically allocates an
identification number.
The receiver can recognise up to 32 separate and
identified detectors. Each detector must be
programmed for recognition in one of the 8 zones
available. Thanks to the “auto-recognition”
function, the receiver automatically allocates the
zone (from 1 to 8) in which the detector will be recognised. This function is useful when there is a
limited number of detectors to be recognised (8 maximum) as each one can be associated with a
different zone.

IMPORTANT
• Before starting, select French as the menu language (factory-set for English).
• During the recognition procedure, there is no need to place the product to be programmed
too close to the receiver. In fact it is advisable to move it away slightly (at least 2 m from the
receiver).
• Before starting, it is advisable to choose the location points of the products and to make a
note of these on the installation sheet at the back of this manual.
