7. Examination of
System and cooling

● Pump vacuum and fill cooling medium
if the system leak test passes.
Disassembly and Assembly of capillary
Remark : Make sure that there isn’t any refrigerant in pipe system and the power supply is cut off before removal
of the capillary

1. Disassembly of
Capillary
● Weld two welding points connecting
capillary with other pipe lines.
● Remove capillary.
2. Assembly of New
capillary
● Install new capillary.
● Weld the points connected with other
pipe lines.
● Re-conduct the system leak test.
Pump vacuum and fill the refrigerants.
Disassembly and Assembly of Vapour Liquid Separator
Remark : Make sure that there isn’t any refrigerant in pipe system and the power supply is cut off before removal
of the vapor liquid separator. (the models lowering than 24kBtu/h have no such steps.)

retaining bolts for liquid
reservoir
● Disassemble the retaining screws on
the pothooks of the reservoir with
screwdriver.
2. Disassembly of vapor
liquid separator

● Weld open two pipes connecting vapor
liquid separator with pipe line with gas
welding.
● Remove vapor liquid separator.
